FERPA considerations

Worksheet Generator is designed for teachers and does not require student accounts or student records.

Student names, grades, scores, and other personally identifiable information are not required and should not be entered.

Teacher prompts and generated worksheets are stored for product operation and sent to the AI providers identified in the privacy policy.

Selected high-confidence PII patterns, such as SSNs and payment-card numbers, are blocked; this is not a guarantee that every identifier will be detected.

Application traffic is served over HTTPS and managed infrastructure providers control storage encryption.

Teachers can request deletion of current application account records from dashboard settings; provider and legally retained records follow their applicable policies.

A school remains responsible for deciding whether its prompts or use create an education record and for completing its own vendor review.
