COPPA considerations

WorksheetGen is designed for teacher use. Students do not create accounts or provide personal information.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 as defined by COPPA (15 U.S.C. 6501-6506).

Worksheet generation requires only a topic, grade level, and subject -- no student names or personal data.

Selected high-confidence PII patterns are blocked, but teachers remain responsible for removing all student identifiers.

Teachers control all generated content. Students interact only with printed worksheets, not our platform.

The current product does not provide a parental-consent workflow and should not be represented as a child-directed account service.

Schools must review any proposed student access separately; the intended workflow is teacher generation followed by printed or teacher-shared output.
