Terms of service

By using Worksheet Generator, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity under your account. One person per account.

Acceptable use

• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the API.
• Don't generate content that harasses, defames, or targets individuals.
• Don't share your account with other teachers — ask us about school plans instead.

Content ownership

Worksheets you create are available for your classroom use, printing, and sharing with your own students, families, and school community. You may not sell, redistribute, upload to marketplace sites, or commercially resell worksheets generated by Worksheet Generator unless we give you written permission.

AI-generated content license

To operate and improve the service, you grant Worksheet Generator a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, format, analyze, review, and display worksheet content you create. We may review generated worksheets for service quality and safety, but we will not automatically sell or distribute an individual user's generated worksheets on a third-party marketplace. We do not claim ownership of your underlying classroom ideas, school data, or original materials you upload.

Any separate marketplace or commercial licensing program requires additional written terms and explicit participation. This section remains subject to formal legal review. If a school or district contract conflicts with this section, the signed school or district agreement controls.

Billing

Plans renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the current billing period. All sales are final — we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused features.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but offer the service "as is." We aren't liable for classroom disruptions caused by service outages. Keep a paper backup for critical lessons.
