Worksheet Generator is built for K-12 teachers. We collect only the data needed to generate worksheets for you and improve the service, and we never sell your data.

What we collect

Account information (name, email) via Clerk authentication.
Worksheet inputs you provide: topic, grade level, standards.
Usage events (worksheet generations, logins) for analytics.
Billing metadata from Stripe (we never see full card numbers).

How we use it

Generating your worksheets and maintaining your library.
Providing account support and responding to your inquiries.
Aggregate, anonymized analytics to improve the product.

Student data (FERPA)

Worksheet Generator is intended for teacher use. We do not collect identifiable student data. If student names appear in teacher inputs, we recommend anonymizing them. Our practices align with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) — the district remains the educational record-holder; we act as a school official with a legitimate educational interest only when a district contracts with us directly.

Children under 13 (COPPA)

Worksheet Generator is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts require teacher or administrator sign-up. If a student account is created in error, a parent, guardian, or school administrator can email maestro.committee@gmail.com and we will delete the account and any associated data within 7 days, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Breach notification
