Product facts and limitations for a school privacy review. Student PII is not required and should not be submitted.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of student education records. Here is how Worksheet Generator is intended to minimize student-data use. Schools should review these current boundaries:
Worksheet Generator is teacher-facing and does not require student accounts, names, grades, scores, or behavioral data. Teachers must not place student PII in prompts; text that a user submits is processed and may be stored as described in the privacy policy.
The service processes account information, prompts, worksheet content, and usage records needed for authentication, generation, storage, security, support, and billing. Payment-card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Worksheet Generator.
Worksheet Generator does not train its own models on customer content. Prompts are sent to the AI providers identified in the privacy policy under their applicable service terms.
Application traffic is served over HTTPS. Managed infrastructure providers control storage encryption, and application secrets are stored outside source code in deployment configuration.
Worksheet Generator does not claim an independent SOC 2, FERPA, COPPA, GDPR, or WCAG certification. A provider's certification does not certify this application as a whole.
Generated worksheet rows receive plan-based expiration dates in the current product (shorter for Free accounts and longer for paid accounts). Users can export worksheets and request account deletion from settings.
The service uses third parties for hosting, managed PostgreSQL, AI generation, email, rate limiting, analytics, and payments. The privacy policy should be reviewed for the current categories and purpose of processing.
Security reports are investigated and legally required notices will be handled based on the applicable incident, role, jurisdiction, and contract. No universal 72-hour school-notice promise is made by this page.
